Happy summer everyone! I’m ready to kick off my 4th year in first grade! 👩🏫🐆! I’m so grateful for any items for my classroom!!! 🙏 I hope everyone has a great school year!

Everything happens for a reason!!! I’m so incredibly thankful and grateful for these past eight years!!! I’ve been able to run this learning adventure while adapting to the changes of my boys. I’ve met so many people, tutored, taught mommy and me classes, had fun entertaining at birthday parties, taught homeschoolers, and even been able to teach at preschools! It is now time that I hang my “Mrs. Beth’s Learning Adventure” hat up as I venture back into the classroom! I taught six years prior to starting my business, and now I have decided it is my time to go back! Last week I got hired at an amazing school to teach my dream grade… FIRST! I truly am beyond excited 👩🏻🏫💯! Time to plan and create a great adventure for my first graders! Thank you all for all your support along the way! I appreciate you! ❤️💙💕
Today, Mrs. Beth taught 94 children all about volcanoes! 🌋! We sang, we danced, we created eruptions, we crafted, we acted, and most importantly... we had fun leaning! 🌋 Yay for volcano day!

Don’t ever be afraid to take that Leap of Faith!!! These boys teach me so much daily! They take chances, they conquer fears, they make mistakes, they try their best, and they do it all while living their best life!!! So proud of all my boys 👨👩👦👦 💙💙💙! Big changes happening! 👩🏻🏫

Did somebody say summer???? I would say my boys are excited?!!!! They have worked SO incredibly hard this year and truly amazed me with their grades, awards, achievements, and new knowledge! Though, as you all know the learning NEVER STOPS and shouldn’t over the summer!!!! I will still be teaching virtually and in person all summer and have a few openings for new clients (near/far at any age)!!! My kiddos will be doing some work each morning before camp to get them ready for (gulp) grade 2 and 3 😭! I hope everyone has a great end of the school year and a great summer! Oh the places you can go with support, love, and hard work!!! Mrs. Beth’s Learning Adventure is now averaging about 30 sessions a week from kindergarten to 10th grade! I’m currently teaching reading, math, science, writing, and social studies. I also offer FSA prep and PERT prep course along with homeschool evaluations. I am even “zooming” students out of state! 🌏 Thank you for all these opportunities. My teaching certificate is almost ready for renewal, so I just enrolled in an ESE course on teaching students with dyslexia. Hello all my little adventurers!!! This year Mrs. Beth decided to forgo social media... crazy I know, but it was time!! I wanted to hop onto my business page though to share some info!! If your child is in the 4s at Parkway Christian Academy this is just some of the fun I have planned for my annual “Space Day” for about 80 kiddos! 🌏🪐☀️💥! I’m hoping everyone is doing great!! My business is now all tutoring. I have about 25 sessions A WEEK ranging from kindergarten through 10th grade 💪🏻 (primarily zoom/some in person)! 🎄🎅🏻 “Grinch-mas” is in full effect this week with my zoom and in person sessions!!! We are reading the story, comparing/contrasting the movie and the story, listening to the song, reading the lyrics to the song, finding similes/metaphors, and creating a heart for the Grinch to help it grow! 💚💚💚❤️❤️❤️! Each student is filling their heart craft with everything that they can think of to help The Grinch be kinder, feel loved, and love himself!

Even elves make spelling mistakes (thirtsy)!?!?He must’ve heard us practicing about 50 spelling words last night? Let’s just hope that today Mrs. Beth doesn’t have any mistakes during her sessions 🙏🏻📚🤦🏻♀️! Happy first day of December to all! Hoping this holiday season brings as much joy as possible!
