The first day of school in Broward County will be Monday, August 12th, and Florida will once again offer a Back To School Sales Tax Holiday for the two weeks prior. Beginning on Monday, July 29th, and continuing through Sunday, August 11th, this program provides an exemption from sales tax for the following qualifying back-to-school items:
🧩 Learning tools and puzzles up to $30
✏️ School supplies up to $50
👚 Clothing, footwear, and certain accessories up to $100 per item
💻 Personal computers and tech accessories up to $1,500
