Hi Dear Friends, I am making some changes to my teaching schedule to allow for more balance in my life. Tonight will be my last Sunday 6:00pm YogaSource class, and Tuesday will be my last 5:30pm at Y@C.

I'll still be teaching Fridays 6:30pm at YogaSource and Wednesdays 6:45pm at Bay Club and hope to see you then!

Grateful to spend the evening at the Krishna Das workshop in San Francisco, where he shared his experiences, humor, and wisdom. One of my favorite quotes, "I try to keep my head as cool as I can and my heart as open as I can."

We'll bring these and more into our practice Sunday 6:00-7:30pm at YogaSource Palo Alto.

Hi Dear Friends, I will not be teaching this Friday and Sunday as I will be in Philadelphia celebrating my Grandmother's life.

Being with her during her final days at age 97 reminded me to make the most of each breath and each moment, to stay strong, and to always try your best. My Grandmother was one of the strongest people I know and she also had a simple wisdom about her. Several years ago, when her health was beginning to decline, she told me, "You just have to try, that's all. If it doesn't work, then try something different."

Excited to teach a 3 hour Dharma workshop next Saturday, Oct 24, 9:00am - 12:00pm at Yoga @ Cindy's! We'll expand on breathing and meditation practices, dig deeper into the asana and break down headstand and shoulderstand, and end with a rejuvenating deep relaxation in shavasana.
