Wavio's origin story and Executive Functioning Skills 03/05/2025

This week, one of our earliest adopters, Aimee Brosh Yocom, a The Modern Classrooms Project mentor, ran a professional development session for her district to showcase Wavio Pulse. Completely on her own initiative. We didn’t ask her to do it, we didn’t pay her—she just believed in it and wanted to share it with her colleagues. Hearing this filled me with gratitude and reinforced my feeling we are on the right track.
Below, you can listen to Aimee’s thoughts on Wavio Pulse and why it excites her. She talks about how Pulse helps her teach students executive functioning skills. Her feedback took me right back to why we started all this in the first place.
