Understanding Image Processing with Coding Logic

Our coding students have been hard at work, learning the principles of image processing. Today's lesson revealed the logic behind encoding and manipulating image data.

✅ Check out their handiwork:

Students represented images using bitmaps and pixmaps, pixel by pixel. They stored image data in a 2D array and wrote a function to draw these creative designs onto a digital canvas, turning code into visual creations!

We also delved into image manipulation to better understand how to transform pixel data. In one example, each pixel's value was analyzed and rendered into a corresponding ASCII character, creating detailed and expressive representations.

This endeavor extends beyond the artistic, it's a skill set that combines logic, creativity, and programming.
