When children are kind and respect each other, teachers acknowledge them, then kindness becomes contagious! Positive affirmation makes miracles! When children are kind to each other, we get them new toys! Today they had fun with safety goggles and repaired the playhouse at school! They also enjoyed the BINGO song!

About us:
We are a California Mentor Site and NAFCC Accredited Family Childcare Program for 11 years. This is a good opportunity for ECE students to gain or excel their experience in a warm positive environment.

Entry-level applicants will have the opportunity to participate in an apprenticeship program with paid tuition for college courses, along with paid-for books, a laptop, and on-the-job mentorship towards earning an associate teacher permit. Participation in this program is time-sensitive.

• Location: Sunnyvale, close to downtown, HWY 101, 237, and 85
• Compensation: paid vacation, national holidays, sick days, and a competitive rate based on Early Childhood Education and experience.
• An opportunity to participate in training, stipend program, and college tuition reimbursement in which the director/owner participates.

Functions:
• Planning and implementing activities
• Maintaining a clean and organized facility
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Physical demands:
• Observe and respond quickly to a potential emergency
• Pay close attention to the group
• Ability to stand, walk, sit on the floor, stoop, kneel, bend, and lift 25-30 lbs.
• Assist in daily routine/personal hygiene of children
