I hope you’re enjoying the last days of summer break ☀️
Registration for the new school year at Taly’s Art Studio is now open!
This year will be a little different: registration will be per session, rather than for the entire school year. This gives families a bit more flexibility and allows us to adjust as the year goes along.
✨ There will be 4 sessions throughout the school year, and you are absolutely welcome to register for all 4 sessions at once if you already know you’d like your child to continue throughout the year.
As always, we’ll be drawing, painting, experimenting with different materials and techniques, exploring artists and ideas, and most importantly, having fun and creating! 🎨🖌️✨

Yesterday was one of those magical moments when everything just falls into place.

Hosting one of my favorite artists and illustrators, whose books lit up so many nights as I read Purple Feather and other beloved stories with my daughters - right here in my own studio was truly special.

To share that experience with more than 20 wonderful people who arrived with open minds and open hearts, ready to play, explore, create, and have fun, was an absolute gift.

Thank you, Hanoch Piven, for your generosity, creativity, and inspiration. And thank you to every single participant for bringing your curiosity, energy, and joy. You made this an unforgettable evening. ❤️

First week of camp was a huge success!
We traveled around the world and explored the work of both well-known and lesser-known artists. Our journey began on Easter Island, where we stood in awe of the magnificent Moai sculptures. From there, we flew to Mexico City and visited Casa Azul, where we got to know the inspiring world of Frida Kahlo.
Next, we crossed the ocean to Europe. Our first stop was Paris, where we learned about the Eiffel Tower and discovered the art of Matisse and Rodin. Then we continued to Barcelona to meet the imaginative worlds of Gaudí and Dalí.
Our final destination was Japan, where we wandered among Yayoi Kusama’s iconic flowers.
On the last day, families were invited to board our special aircraft and join the adventure. We had pilots, flight attendants, and even an immigration officer who handed each guest a passport! At every destination, tour guides were waiting to lead them on a special experience.
What an unforgettable adventure it was!

As I reflect on this past year at the studio, my heart is full of gratitude and pride. It has been a year of creativity, growth, exploration, and countless beautiful moments shared through art.
Our recent art show was a wonderful celebration of everything we have created together. Seeing the artwork displayed and witnessing the joy, confidence, and artistic growth of each participant was truly inspiring.
A heartfelt thank you to all of my adult and young artists for your dedication, imagination, and willingness to express yourselves through your work. You make the studio such a vibrant and special place.
To the parents of our young artists, thank you for your support, encouragement, and trust. Your involvement helps nurture creativity and gives these young artists the confidence to flourish.
And a very special thank you to my dear friend Ronit Shalem. Your help in organizing and arranging the exhibition was invaluable. Your generosity, eye for detail, and support helped bring the show to life, and I am deeply grateful.
Thank you all for being part of this incredible creative journey. I can’t wait to see what we will create together in the year ahead.
