Thanks to Professor Mike for letting me come through for Sesbsei seminar.

Learned some good stuff to add to the regimen.

I’m gonna feel it all in the next couple of days.

There’s going to be days where you don’t want to train.

For me, if I don’t train, whether that’s lifting weights or bjj, I can get irritable. Yes, I do take rest days. We need it.

It’s a commitment I made to myself to keep myself together, physically and mentally, and to also achieve goals I’ve set.

Carpe Diem

Early morning training sessions are tough, but have to make sure to get it in.

The only sacrifice you are giving up here is staying up late scrolling on your phone or watching Netflix.

Make the necessary changes to create better habits that contribute to your success and your overall well being.

Always willing to accept feedback.

So good to have coaches that take time to talk to the kids and explain the reasons for the things they are learning.

I love that my boy is coachable.

What a whirlwind week.

Spent a few days in Ft. Worth to get ready for the NAO2. Fortunate to bring home some hardware.

Flew home for a few hours sleep and then drove to Vegas for work. Also got the opportunity to watch some teammates become world champions. Hanging with some really good friends and my coaches. Even got to meet mma legend Demetrius Johnson

Got lots of work in. Time to make moves.

Long overdue!

Had an amazing vacation with the family in Oahu.

Got to visit family, hike, beach, train and of course eat all of the food.

This was needed for the soul.

Can’t wait to make more. Time to remix this.
