😍 Just look at those adorable little yogis! 😍

They had so much fun while stretching and contorting in ways they never knew were possible. 🤩🤩

It's always amazing to see the light in kids' eyes after a yoga class. They seem so calm and peaceful; it's almost easy to forget how energetic they are normally. 😁

That's why parents bring their kids to our yoga classes - to help them calm down for a long time. The health benefits are enormous too!

🤹Sensory play is one of the most exciting and enjoyable ways for children to learn and develop.

They help develop and build gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, coordination and your child's enthusiasm for learning.

There are so many ways you can incorporate sensory play activities at home with your child. Sensory play activities are often quick, inexpensive, and easy to create.
