strong horsemanship.
Honesty Sport Horse Training operates out of Lyons and Horses
in Sun Prairie Wisconsin. HSH provides training for both the horse and
rider in the hunter/jumper discipline. The HSH team travels to both local and B rated shows throughout the year. Trainer Danielle has been riding horses from 20+ years, starting at the young age of four. She enjoys sharing her love for horses with people of all ages. Danielle provides instruction both on your horse or with one of her lesson horses.

This just in...new standards have made their way to the barn. Some (like on the left here) will be retired to the fire pit. Please make sure if using the older standards you are checking that they are in a good state.
One set of the new standards is also for the jousting rigs. Please note those rigs will not remain out due to safety risk. If others are interested please speak with Danielle.
Other reminders: All are welcome to use the standards but please if something happens and one gets broken, say something. No harm no fowl just need everyone to be safe.
Lastly a big thank you to Bob G. for making new standards for us to play with!!!!!

Rayna was also curious today about what the farrier (Kelly) was going to show us on his phone!
Next farrier appointment is 24March
With the upcoming cold weather forecast there will be no lessons this week. Based on current predictions it looks like lesson can pick up again Monday January 22nd.
Checked in on the horses today and everyone was enjoying the warm sun. Shout out to Bob (Lyons and Horses) for keeping our horsie friends fed and cozy during this cold weather.
Also if heading to the barn please give yourself some extra time. Roads (Hwy N, Hwy C, Happy Valley and Norway Road) are still covered with packed snow/ice and are slick in spots.
There will be no lessons the weekend of January 13-14th as Danielle will be spending time with family for a funeral.
Unfortunately due to all the rain full course day this weekend was cancelled but hopefully the weather for next Sunday holds!
