For the past five years I’ve worked with an incredible mentor who’s helped me navigate life.

He’s guided me through some tough situations, helped me become more calm, more resilient & pushed me to deepen my understanding and how I show up in this wild human experience.

I’m more Disciplined. More Intentional. More Responsible. And I make choices with more Discernment.

Really, he showed me how to Be the Grownup I needed to Be 😉

He’s decided he’s ready for a change…& The program that helped me elevate in so many ways will only run one more time…

BEST way to ensure you stay on track>>

1. BELIEVE you are the person who achieves your type of goals. This may be deeper than you realize, but if you don't embody the identity, it's a much heavier lift to get you there (I can help you with this)

2. Accountability. Having someone who's cheering you on and holding space for you as you grow is WAY more fun than going alone.

What happens when you "go for it" even when it scares the Sh** out of you??
Once upon a time I had sent an intention of hosting destination retreats.
What unfolded from there was magic:..A friend who had started a travel business reached out with a location and the willingness to coordinate the logistics. ..Leaders stepped forward to offer their unique gifts/skills to enhance the experience...Within about 2 weeks of sharing the retreat details, it filled up.
All of a sudden what was a mystical idea took shape and became a reality.
Proof that when we set our intentions for our good and the highest good of the collective, God, the Universe, listens and aids in making it happen.
What would happen if you put yourself out there...shared those deep desires and fears with someone who could hold space for you and ALLOWED the magic to unfold?
👉Give yourself a few minutes today to allow yourself to daydream...to set intentions for what it is you truly want, even if it scares you.

Full house this week as the Wisco Investor Network (WIN) showed up ready to create an intentional life in 2026.

Cramming what I use to teach to college students over the course of an entire semester into an evening is often my biggest hurdle!

Talking with people after, here are some themes I noticed that I'd like to address:
-I'm not as far along as I should be
-Goal setting feels overwhelming
-I tried to set goals last year and didn't get anywhere
-I'm great at goal setting, but that's as far as I usually get

I've heard these types of comments before. And after walking along side many people as they crush their goals AND witnessing some people struggle far more than they need, I can tell you~

Accomplishing your goals has very little to do with effort and willpower.
And it's a Compound Game

What moves the needle time and again is the deeper work on two levels:
1. Your Identity-who you ACTUALLY believe you are and what is available to you

2. Implementing strategic framework and accountability that will carry you through to the end (when the willpower begins to fade)

Friends, many of you are in the momentum of "it's a new year, let's go!"....but I want to invite you to slow down, reflect on where you are and get honest with yourself.
I'm sure you have the data to show what patterns, habits and beliefs have gotten you to today.
~What works and what doesn't

Beating yourself up, "working harder" or just plain skipping casting vision for what you're working toward is setting you up for failure.

Here's what really works:
1. Identifying goals that actually matter to you (not your family, friends, neighbors, etc) Stop looking outward, comparison is the thief of joy

2. Know yourself. Get honest with yourself and build a plan to support who you are today and who you will be moving forward. It may be uncomfortable, but it's worth it (this typically includes some deeper reflection, subconscious reprogramming, etc)

3. Build out a plan that has structure, support and practicality. Relying on the energy of a new calendar year alone won't carry you.

4. Surround yourself with support and accountability. Get a walking buddy, hire a Coach, join an accountability group, etc. The people and environment you surround yourself with has a massive impact on how far you'll go.

I'll leave you with this:
~Your Behavior Reflects What You're Committed To~

If you want something, go for it! But please don't expect it to happen overnight...and please don't expect it to happen without intentionality on your part.

It's incredible what 1 year can hold...especially when you set your intentions and get clear on how you'd like the year to unfold.
If you know me, you know I'm a goal-setting ju**ie who not only LOVES to teach and support others with their goals, but who actively applies what I teach.

Success and accomplishments don't happen overnight...and they Definitely don't happen haphazardly.
When you get clear on what you want (or no longer want) in your life, you can truly have the life you desire.

The secret:
~Actually identify what it is you're working toward
~Craft a plan to achieve (with benchmarks and bite-size steps)
~Embrace the identity and do the inner work to step into the new version of yourself
~Have a support system who guides you along the way. Someone who pushes you out of your comfort zone, who holds space for you as you stretch yourself, and who reminds you to celebrate when the wins roll in.

Over the course of the next month, I host a number of Goal Setting workshops, speak to groups and online zoom rooms, and hop on podcasts to guide people as they build out their incredible year with intention. It's inspiring to see who steps up and decides to take responsibility for their life...what's even more inspiring are the stories that roll in at the end of the year from people who I've worked with....sharing their wins, and life-changing year.

One of my favorite stories from 2025:
A woman attended the goal setting workshop I hosted with Wisco Real Estate Services in January (see picture below). During that workshop she realized she wanted to sell her businesses, pack up her family and move across the country. (that's what they call a BHAG my friends🤯 )..Shortly after the workshop, we began working together to craft her plan and met regularly for strategy and accountability. Within 6 months she had sold both of her businesses, packed up her family and bought a home literally on the opposite side of the country. This didn't happen by accident. She got REALLY clear on what she wanted (even when it felt wildly uncomfortable), laid out a plan, and took action.

It was such an honor to witness her conviction and walk along side her on that journey.

The cool part~ This type of life-changing energy is available to ANYONE!! All you have to do is decide this is going to be an Incredible year.

Happy Winter Solstice!

Today is such a beautiful day to be with the energies of the Universe! I know people tend to wait until New Year's to set goals for the year ahead, but truly that process energetically starts today.

I know, right? So much holiday magic still to achieve...but you don't need a ton of time right now...just an intentional, powerful pause of reflection.

So if you can, carve out a little time today to allow yourself to reflect on your personal growth this past year. Introspection allows us the opportunity to learn from our experiences and gain insights about ourselves and others. It provides the opportunity to become better versions of ourselves and can motivate us to go above and beyond in 2024.

As we move through the final holiday season and usher in the new year, consider this core question for your year ahead: Who do I want to BE?
