Sun Prairie East High School

Sun Prairie East FFA members joined over 4,000 FFA members and guests at the Alliant Energy Center from Tuesday, June 16th to Thrusday, June 18th, in Madison, WI for the 2026 Wisconsin State FFA Convention. During the convention, FFA members learned about leadership through a variety of keynote speeches, attended student workshops and received recognition for contest participation. During the 2026 Wisconsin FFA State Convention, Sun Prairie East FFA received the following recognitions:

Micheal Murdock and Faith Xiong received their own personal FFA jackets through the Blue Jacket Legacy Foundation. Micheal and Faith received their jackets on stage to honor their hard work and dedication to FFA over the past school year.

Micheal Murdock, Eurijah Lovelle, Colin Lyons, Kennedy Carr and Lauren Alt were honored on stage for their first place placing in the Wisconsin FFA Environmental Science Career Development Event.

Grace Berens was honored on stage for receiving the highest individual score during the Food Science Career Development Event

Sun Prairie East FFA was recognized alongside 41 other chapters for their work on their Food for America program, a day of hands-on agricultural education for fourth grade students.

Lydia Statz and Lauren Alt received their FFA State Degrees, the highest degree awarded to FFA members within the state.

Sun Prairie East FFA was recognized as a Silver level chapter for the FFA National Chapter award.

We would like to celebrate our seniors and their accomplishments!! Congratulations to Drew, Mattie, and Danielle! Drew will be attending the US Air Force Academy!! Mattie will be attending the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point to study Natural Science! Danielle will be attending the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee for Public Health with plans to go into Dentistry and she will be on their Track & Field team!!
