If you were unable to attend registration, you can still take care of everything you need once school starts!

Picture Make-Up Day: September 17 — new student IDs can also be printed that day.
Parking Permits: Available for purchase in the Front Office.
Lockers: Stop by the Front Office to have a locker assigned.
Schedules: Copies can be printed in the Front Office or Student Services.

📣 SUN PRAIRIE WEST REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration starts tomorrow! Please review these important details before arriving.

📅 Registration Dates: August 17 & 18
⏰ Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
🚫 Closed: 12:00–1:00 PM
📍 Entrance: Please enter through Door 31, marked Athletics.

🚗 Parking Permits

Students must bring a valid ID to receive their parking pass. Parking spaces are not assigned and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We encourage families to complete the 26-27 Parking Permit Application before school begins. After submitting the form, the fee will be added to your student’s IC account within 72 hours or less.

🔐 Lockers

Students who would like an academic locker can have one assigned during registration. Lockers are free. Students who decide they would like a locker after school begins can visit the front office.

🎉 Clubs & Extracurricular Activities

Information about clubs and extracurricular activities will be available during registration. Families will also have the option to pay the $10 club fee.

🏈 Sporting Events

Sun Prairie West uses GoFan for athletic event tickets and passes.

High school students purchasing a student activity pass will need to use their student ID number as the access code.

📚 Student Services

✅ Print your student’s schedule before registration.
⚠️ Schedule changes cannot be made during registration.

Schedules will be available in Infinite Campus late Friday afternoon, August 14. Registration is also a great time to make any needed updates to your Parent Portal.

📸 School Photos & Student IDs

Visual Image Photography will be at registration both days to take school photos and print student IDs.

🪪 New this year: Students will be required to carry their Student ID, and IDs must be presented to enter the building during school hours.

🍎 Free & Reduced Meals / Fee Waivers

Families will also have information available regarding applying for Free & Reduced Meals and fee waivers.

Wolves, we are officially 3 weeks away from the first day of school! 💙🐺 It was brought to our attention that the A Day/B Day calendar that was attached in the HOWL was for Central Heights. We follow the same calendar as the other schools, so that information is correct but have included West's calendar if you would like to use that instead. We appreciate the attention to detail!

We hope everyone is having an amazing summer! We want to give an update on our new bus pickup/drop-off and parent/caregiver pickup/drop-off. All parents/caregivers must use the designated drop off/pickup lane located in front of the Main Entrance. Please see the map for reference. We understand this may cause some confusion in the first few weeks of school, so staff members will be outside assisting with traffic. We are confident this will relieve traffic congestion and ensure an easier way to navigate the parking lot. We appreciate your willingness to try out the new system!

We had the privilege of celebrating the completion of another incredible year with our Business Leadership Academy (BLA) students from Sun Prairie East High School & Sun Prairie West High School's!

Pictured with us are Rebecca Ketelsen from the Sun Prairie Education Foundation (SPEF) and the outstanding students who partnered with Shelter from the Storm Ministries throughout the year. Their hard work, creativity, and dedication culminated in a final presentation filled with valuable insights and recommendations that will help us strengthen our mission and better serve single mothers and their children.

A special thank you to the Sun Prairie Education Foundation, the Sun Prairie School District, the dedicated teachers who make this program possible, and the BLA students for investing your time, talents, and energy into our organization. Opportunities like this not only provide students with real-world experience but also create meaningful impact for local nonprofits.
