Excuse my handwriting, I was writing fast so it’s sloppy lol🥲
Anyway, last Tuesday my scaled weight was 137.7 I just didn’t do any other measurements but from now on my weigh in days will be Wednesdays so as of today these are my current measurements
No rush just taking it day by day on my body and seeing how it reacts to the way I’m training at this moment but my goal has been to lean out more & build more muscle by November for the marine corps ball. Not really worried about my scaled weight so much because I’m building more muscle but I’d like to at least shed off 2-3 more inches in my waist by November.
Don’t let TIME sabotage your goals because you’ve given yourself a specific short amount of time to try to achieve your goal weight or “dream body” as people say while looking at others that have been working out and exercising for YEARS, because you’re going to stress yourself out which will cause you to decline in your journey and discourage you to keep going rather than make progress and encourage yourself to keep working hard and giving it your all! I promise the people you see online with the “perfect” bodies did not always look that way, everyone starts at the very bottom on day 1 and works their way up. Give yourself grace and know that you are doing a great job.
Great things take time. REMEMBER - Slow and steady wins the race! Always keep that in the front of your mind. Stay consistent and you will succeed in meeting your goals and making your ‘dream body’ become your reality❤️
THE SKY IS THE LIMIT!! AIM AND SHOOT FOR IT AND DONT LET ANYONE OR ANYTHING STAND IN YOUR WAY! NOT EVEN YOURSELF!! You may fall down seven times but you better stand up that eighth time and get back to work💪🏽
I love yall and I’m here for yall! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need help and don’t know where to start!🫶🏽

-Focus on MODERATION, not elimination.
-You don’t have to be extreme to reach your goals, just be consistent.
-Focus on YOUR progress, not other’s progress.
-Make yourself your biggest competitor, challenge yourself everyday to be a better you than yesterday.
