College Unfiltered! 🎓🏀

What an incredible afternoon filled with authentic conversations, valuable insights, and an amazing group of student-athletes, families, and community members who came ready to learn and grow.

Thanks to our incredible moderator, Ms. Verlita Green, for leading such an engaging and meaningful discussion. There was no sugarcoating—just honest, candid discussions about academics, the sports recruitment process, finances, eligibility, and preparing for life after sports. Seeing families leave feeling more informed and empowered reminded us exactly why we do this work.

A special shout out to our outstanding panelists Paige Felder, Isaiah Walton, Skye Servance, and Parah Anderson for sharing your experiences, wisdom, and encouragement. Your honesty and willingness to pour into the next generation will leave a lasting impact in our communities.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our special guest speaker Fredrick Summers, Athletic Director and Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Morris College for taking the time to invest in our student-athletes and their families. Your insight, encouragement, and authentic perspective challenged our students to dream bigger, prepare intentionally, and pursue excellence both on and off the court.

Together, we created a space for honest conversations, valuable insight, and meaningful connections that will help students confidently navigate their college journeys.
