Applications are now live for the 2026-2027 HYPE After School Program!

Attention Parents!
At this time, 21st Century CCLC funding has not been secured to support programming for Wilder, Kingsbury & Millwood Elementary Schools. As a result, families may be required to pay a weekly fee for student participation in HYPE during the upcoming school year.

🦅 Excellence doesn't happen by accident—it happens by design.

These are the goals guiding our work for the 2026-27 school year as we continue creating pathways to hope, opportunity, and choice-filled lives for every scholar.

Because at Liberty, the journey to excellence has no finish line.

🦅 Liberty At-A-Glance: 2026-27

These aren't just numbers.

They're 1,061 scholars with dreams to pursue.

They're 137 staff members committed to changing lives.

They're 1,902 families who raised their hand and said, "We want something different."
Every number tells a story of mission alignment, high expectations, and a community united around what's possible for children.

At Liberty, we celebrate the progress—but we never become satisfied with it.

Because the journey to excellence has no finish line.

🦅 Ready Before We Need Them

Today, four more guest teachers completed training and are ready to step in and support our scholars whenever needed. They join our returning team of eight trained guest teachers, ensuring we're prepared from day one.

At Liberty, we don't wait for challenges to arise—we plan ahead, stay ready, and put scholars first.

Because that's what kids deserve. 💙🦅

🦅 The Soaring Eagle Award is Liberty’s highest scholar honor.

Each year, teachers select one male and one female scholar who best exemplify our core values: Stand Up & Own It, Growth Mindset, and the Power of Team.

Today, we celebrate the Soaring Eagles from this class. Congratulations on setting the standard for ! 💜✨

As we approach July 1, we want our families and community to know this is a leadership transition—not a leadership departure.

Our mission remains the same, our commitment to scholars remains strong, and our focus remains on providing an exceptional educational experience for every child.

One Team. One Mission. One Liberty. 🦅❤️

🏆 Liberty STEAM has officially earned Cognia Accreditation with Distinction—the highest recognition awarded through the accreditation process.

This distinction means an independent review team found Liberty to be exceeding expectations in leadership, teaching and learning, culture, and continuous improvement.
For our community, it's another reminder that our scholars are learning in a school committed to excellence and delivering results.

Thank you, Torchbearers, scholars, families, and community partners. This achievement belongs to all of us. 🦅

🦅 Last night, our Board of Directors unanimously approved Liberty's FY27 budget.

A budget is more than numbers on a spreadsheet—it is a reflection of an organization's values. Every dollar allocated represents a commitment to our scholars, staff, families, and mission.

We're grateful for a board that continues to invest in what matters most: creating a corridor of hope and opportunity for every child we serve.

🦅 Front Porch Promise Tour — Stop #4

Today, outgoing Executive Director Dr. Trevor Ivey sat down with Micah Vaughn, one of Liberty's founding teachers and a leader who has been part of this journey from the very beginning. Together, they returned to the Primary Academy—where it all started.

Promise Kept: Liberty promised to be different. To build a school rooted in unity, welcome children from all backgrounds, remain accountable to families, and never give up no matter the obstacles. Seven years later, that promise continues to define who we are.

Next Promise: Protect the Liberty brand, never relent in our pursuit of excellence, and continue delivering on our promise to provide every scholar a pathway to hope, opportunity, and a choice-filled life.

🎥 Watch the video in the comments to hear Micah reflect on Liberty's journey, the promise we've kept, and the promise still ahead.

The tour continues.
