We have an update! Our awnings are expected to be installed tomorrow, which will allow DSS to complete our file. Once our file is complete, it shouldn't take long before we should be able to open!!!! We are excited to be in the final stages and look forward to sharing more good news soon!

Good Thursday Morning!!!

We wanted to send out an update on our opening. While we had hoped to be opening on Monday, we are still waiting for one final detail.

We know many of you are eager to get started, and we share that excitement. This delay is just as disappointing for us, but we are committed to ensuring everything is completed properly and in accordance with DSS requirements.

We greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this process. We are ready and excited to begin this journey with your families and will share updates as soon as we have more information.

Today, we are excited to introduce our Assistant Director and Lead Teacher for the Infant Room!

We are so blessed to have her as part of the Anchored in Faith Learning Center family and know that our infants will be cared for with patience, kindness, and lots of love each day.

Hi! My name is Holly Pate, and I’m excited to serve as the Assistant Director and Lead Infant Teacher for Anchored in Faith Learning Center at Northside!

I was born and raised in Sumter and have been a member of Northside Memorial Baptist Church for nearly 20 years. I have worked in childcare for over 16 years, including 11 years in licensed childcare centers. I’ve worked with every age group, but infants have always held a special place in my heart. I also have experience in classroom leadership and childcare administration!

When I’m not at the center, I enjoy spending time with my five dogs, reading, being with family and friends, and creating warm, inviting spaces where children can learn and grow.

I’m grateful for this opportunity and look forward to partnering with our families as we help little ones learn, grow, and thrive!
