Before welcoming our students back for the new school year, our amazing Little Sprouts staff spent some time learning, growing, and preparing together!

During our staff retreat, Ms. Cari led our half-day and full-day teachers through team-building exercises. Even in the pouring rain, we worked together, solved problems, and succeeded. God used the moment to bring us closer as a team.

We also gathered for Enneagram training, where we learned more about how each of us communicates, responds, and works best with others. Ms. Shannon graciously hosted us in her home and treated us to a beautiful charcuterie spread and hibiscus refreshers.

Finally, our Handwriting Without Tears training gave us helpful tools for teaching pre-writing and writing skills in developmentally appropriate ways.

We are so thankful for these opportunities to prepare, connect, and grow. Most of all, we are grateful for God’s covering over our staff, our students, and this new school year!

The beginning of a new school year is always something special!
There were new classrooms to explore, new friends to meet, and plenty of learning and fun along the way. We are so proud of how bravely our Little Sprouts stepped into their first days, and we’re excited for all this school year will bring. Here's a look at our September!

Our incredible Ms. Haley worked her magic on the play shed! She is always finding ways to jump in, lend a hand, and make things run a little smoother for everyone. We appreciate her so much! ❤️

First days of settling into care can be hard for little ones. They’re learning to trust us, making new friends, and for some, experiencing their very first time away from mom and dad.

Today I was rocking one of our little ones through some of those hard feelings when my son, who is serving in the Navy halfway across the world, FaceTimed me. Of course I answered. ❤️

As he and I were talking, this sweet little one in my arms could see him on the screen and suddenly was ALL smiles. My son started talking to them and simply said, “You’re in good hands.”

That one got me.

As the director, I think moments like this are such a reminder of what families are really trusting us with. Their little people. The ones they love more than anything.

Sometimes our job is teaching and leading, and sometimes it’s simply rocking a little one and being a safe place while they learn that mom and dad always come back.

What an honor it is to be trusted in the in-between. ❤️

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience managing an early childhood classroom
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
• Have a genuine love for children, learning, and Jesus
• Work well as part of a supportive teaching team

There is something really special about hearing little voices sing about Jesus.

One of the greatest privileges of what we do at Little Sprouts is partnering with families as they raise their children. We don't take that trust lightly. Every day we have the opportunity to pray with our students, share God's Word, worship together, and teach them what it looks like to love others with kind hearts and helping hands.

These moments remind us why we do what we do. We are so thankful for each family that allows us to be a small part of their child's story. ❤️

Happy 4th of July! Praying you all have a fantastic and safe celebration!

As we celebrate the 250th Birthday of our nation, we give thanks for the freedoms we enjoy and for those who have sacrificed to preserve them. As followers of Christ, we remember that our ultimate citizenship is in heaven (Philippians 3:20).

We hold our national identity with gratitude, humility, and hope, recognizing that God’s kingdom extends beyond. We pray for peace, justice, and flourishing for communities around the world.

Today, may we give thanks for freedom, seek the good of our neighbors, and live as faithful witnesses to the love of Christ.
