Congregation Ohr Shalom - SJCC Early Learning Center

Congregation Ohr Shalom - SJCC Early Learning Center Early childhood education should be a time of fun, discovery, and encouragement. We have classes for children between the ages of 16 months and 6 years.

The Ohr Shalom-SJCC Early Learning Center curriculum focuses on the whole child, incorporating activities to nurture the social, physical, emotional, and cognitive aspects of a child's personality. In a relaxed and loving atmosphere, a flexible learning experience is provided through art, Judaic content, music, creative movement, reading readiness, computer, math, science, and language, permitting

the children to learn and develop while having fun. In addition, the low student to teacher ratio fosters the children's development as individuals. Throughout the year, the curriculum is also enriched through field trips and visitors to the school. The Ohr Shalom-SJCC Early Learning Center is state licensed and led by a full-time Director certified in Early Childhood Education. Our certified teachers, many of whom hold Master's Degrees in Early Childhood Education, are committed to providing a safe, secure, and loving environment for your children. The school's low student-to-teacher ratio fosters each child's development as an individual. Enrollment in the Learning Center is open to all children, regardless of race, ethnic origin or religion.
