Join us for an informational meeting if your child is interested in attending the 2027 Studycade Trip around Georgia!

Title I Night and Informational Meeting - Please just attend ONE of the sessions offered about the Studycade trip. A parent or guardian must attend; student attendance at this meeting is optional.

The trip is scheduled for May 10th through May 14th, 2027.

Important: Three criteria must be met by each student.
1. Good grades - 75 or above in all 7 classes
2. Good attendance - no more than 8 absences including excused and unexcused absences this school year
3. Good behavior - no office referrals

$550 includes hotel room for 4 nights, meals for each day, and admission for each site visited

Mrs. Henson’s class created a tree frog hotel for their amphibious friends who like to hang out near their classroom. Thank you to Pine Ridge Outdoor Supply for donating some building materials for the new frog habitat. We hope the frogs enjoy their new home! 🐸

📢 EARLY RELEASE NOTICE – AUGUST 27 & 28

Attention Students, Parents, and Staff:

All Chattooga County Schools will release students early on Thursday, August 27, and Friday, August 28, to allow for traffic clearance from Summerville Middle School in preparation for the Chattooga County Fair events.

Important Details:
🕐 Early Release Time: 1:30 PM
🍽️ Lunch will be served as usual before dismissal.
🏫 All after-school activities and programs will continue as scheduled.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please make arrangements to ensure car riders are picked up promptly at the early dismissal time. This is important for everyone’s safety.
