1) This form will be updated weekly to keep sign up opportunities fair for everyone. You will need to revisit this pinned post each week to sign your kiddo up for the next week's program.

2) Be mindful that there are a limited number of spots available each week.

3) To keep our head count accurate, you will need to fill out a new form for each child you wish to sign up. (I know that is a pain, I am so sorry for the inconvenience but this is the best method I currently have access to for this kind of program sign up ❤️)
