Monday – Push & Pull
Upper-body strength training focused on opposing muscle groups. Expect pressing and pulling movements that build balanced strength, improve posture, and develop power in the chest, back, shoulders, and arms.
Tuesday – Core Strength & Conditioning
A blend of core-focused strength work and conditioning designed to improve stability, balance, endurance, and total-body control. Your core will be working from start to finish.
Wednesday – Lower Body Strength
Strength-focused training targeting glutes, quads, hamstrings, and lower-body stability. Expect controlled lifts and opportunities to build power through foundational movement patterns.
Thursday – Athletic Conditioning
Performance-based conditioning designed to improve speed, agility, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. Expect explosive movements and a high-energy atmosphere.
Friday – Full Body Strength
Total-body strength training using compound lifts and functional movements to build muscle, improve coordination, and increase overall strength.
Saturday – Metabolic Conditioning
Fast-paced intervals focused on endurance, calorie burn, and muscular stamina. Expect elevated heart rates and a challenging finish to the week.

Monday – Core Strength & Conditioning
A combination of core-focused strength work and conditioning designed to improve stability, balance, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Expect your core to be challenged from every angle.
Tuesday – Back & Glutes
Posterior-chain focused training targeting the glutes, hamstrings, and back. Expect hinging, pulling, and strength-building movements that improve posture, power, and total-body strength.
Wednesday – Arm Day
A dedicated upper-body strength day focused on biceps, triceps, shoulders, and arm endurance. Get ready for plenty of volume and a serious upper-body pump.
Thursday – Metabolic Conditioning
Fast-paced intervals designed to elevate heart rate, increase endurance, and challenge muscular stamina. Expect a sweaty, high-energy workout that pushes your effort level.
Friday – Lower Body Strength
Strength-focused training for glutes, quads, hamstrings, and overall lower-body power. Expect controlled reps, stability work, and opportunities to challenge heavier weights.
Saturday – Bodyweight Conditioning
Functional bodyweight movements designed to improve endurance, coordination, mobility, and muscular stamina without relying on heavy equipment.

We’re excited to announce a NEW temporary camp time designed to help make your Summer schedule a little easier!
Starting June 15 and running through July 31, we will be offering an 11:30 AM Camp Time with Childwatch. Our goal is to help ease the overflow in Childwatch while giving our members (YOU) another opportunity to fit in their workouts. Please note that this is only temporary and we will be going back to our regular camp schedule August 1st.
We know Summer can make it challenging for parents to find time for themselves, and we want to help make staying active a little more convenient.
