Proprioception: This sensory system is often described as organizing and regulating. It helps stabilize posture, refine motor control, and support coordinated movement. This system works closely with the vestibular and tactile systems to create efficient, purposeful movement. It is also deeply connected to attention, self-regulation, and body awareness.
