We honor the nine brave firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice in the Charleston Sofa Super Store fire 19 years ago.
Among them was Captain Louis Mulkey, a proud Summerville High School alumnus, Green Wave football and basketball coach, and mentor.
His legacy of service continues to inspire our school and community. We remember Captain Mulkey and all nine heroes today.

Huge congratulations to Addilyn Elrod on winning the 5A-D1 State Championship in Pole Vault! She set a new personal record with a mark of 10-11.75 (3.35m) at the State Championship track meet!

Congratulations to A'zedah Anderson on winning the 5A-D1 State Championship in both the 100m dash and 200m dash! She also broke 2 school records at the State Championship track meet!
