🎨✨ Calling all Cane Bay artists and creators! ✨🎨

Join us for our Reflections Fine Arts Work Night on Tuesday, October 27, from 4:30–7 PM in the CBE Media Center!

Have an idea for a Reflections entry but need help getting started? Or maybe you’re already working on something and want time, space and supplies to bring your idea to life! Come create with Ms. Seeley and explore this year’s theme: “What My Culture Means to Me.” ❤️

Students can work on visual arts, photography, literature, music composition, dance choreography or film production. We’ll have plenty of art supplies available, and you’re welcome to bring your own materials, instruments, camera or Chromebook, too!

Dancers and creators are welcome! We can even help set aside space to record original choreography.

📅 Tuesday, October 27 | 4:30–7 PM
📍 CBE Media Center

Remember, Reflections entries are due December 4!

🚨 CONSIDER THIS YOUR SIGN TO BID ON YOUR WAY OUT OF THE CAR LINE. 🚨

https://app.givebacks.gives/cbefastpass

Still sitting in the afternoon car rider line every day? Still wondering how 47 cars can move approximately 12 feet in 15 minutes? Still questioning whether your child actually needs to be picked up today? 😂

We have TWO Fast Passes up for auction and the winners get to skip the entire afternoon car rider line at CBE.

That means you can pull up directly to the school at 1:50pm, pick up your student(s) and GO. Every school day. For the rest of the 2026–2027 school year.

Which, if you do the math, is A LOT of car-line minutes you could be getting back. And while you’re bidding on your own sanity, you’re also supporting CBE PTA and everything we do for our school. 💙

So…how much is never sitting in that line again worth to you?

👉 BID HERE: https://app.givebacks.gives/cbefastpass

There are TWO Fast Passes. There are only TWO winners. And there is only so much time left to bid. May the odds be ever in your favor. 😂

EVEN BETTER: Your auction is tax deductible! No excuses, parents!

🎃 It’s the day before Halloween…which means our teachers are already dealing with enough chaos. 😂 Let’s at least make sure they get to eat lunch.

Our monthly Lunch Duty Volunteer day is coming up on October 30 and we need a few awesome parents to help cover lunch so our teachers can enjoy a well-deserved, uninterrupted break. Because the day before Halloween + elementary school = they’ve earned it (they always do).😅

Come hang out with some of our CBE kids, help out for a little while and give our teachers one less thing to worry about.

If you can help on October 30, sign up here: https://signup.com/go/CWGeZef

🎁 HAVE YOU JOINED OUR CHARLESTON WRAP FUNDRAISER YET?

Our Charleston Wrap fundraiser has been going since October 1 and we’re ready to really get those orders (and shares!) moving! 👏

Our goal is $10,000 for our school, and we need your help to get there!

Register at www.registercw.com
School Code: 26006

With 2,500+ gift ideas, there’s something for just about everyone on your list: holiday gifts, birthday gifts, hostess gifts, teacher gifts, coworkers, family and maybe even a little something for yourself. We won’t judge. 😂

Here’s the easiest way to help:
✨ Register at www.registercw.com
✨ Share our fundraiser with at least 10 friends & family members
✨ Send it by text, email or social media
✨ Let them shop!

Even if 10 people sounds like a lot, think about how quickly you can send a text to your group chat, grandparents, siblings, friends, coworkers, etc. Every share gives us another chance to reach our fundraising goal!

So if you haven’t registered yet, this is your reminder! And if you already registered, share it again. You never know who’s looking for a gift or an excuse to do some online shopping. 😉

🚨 THE CAR RIDER LINE HAS ENTERED THE CHAT. 🚨

How much is your time worth? Because we have a fundraiser that may be worth bidding on. 😂

We’re auctioning off TWO Fast Passes for the afternoon car rider line at CBE!

And yes, this means the lucky winners get to skip the entire car rider line and pull up directly to the school to pick up their student(s) at 1:50pm each school day for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year. 🙌

No sitting in line. No inching forward 14 feet at a time. No wondering if today is the day your child decides they suddenly forgot how to walk to the car. No staring at the same car in front of you for 30 minutes. 😂 Just pull up, pick up your kiddo and GO.

There will be TWO winners, so you have TWO chances to make afternoon pickup significantly less painful. And the best part? Your winning bid supports Cane Bay Elementary PTA, so while you’re saving yourself from the car rider line, you’re also helping us support our school. 💙

Ready to bid?

May the fastest bidder win. And may your future afternoons be blissfully car-line-free. 😂
