After 20 years in higher education, I was ready for a new challenge and after training with Real Balance Coaching, started working as a health and wellness coach three years ago. I absolutely love helping people understand how great life can be and to make small changes that can greatly improve their health. I have a BS in Psychology from Binghamton University, an MS in Physical Education with an

emphasis in Athletic Training from Illinois State University and an EdD in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
