𝗤: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿?
A: When I was in school, I had very few teachers who actually truly cared about us. I always appreciated the ones who did and showed us love no matter what. Sometimes kids just need to know they're safe with you, regardless of the education, every child needs that.

𝗤: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗮𝘆?
A: Learning from the kids. They teach me so much about Jesus every day. Watching their relationship with God grow is so beautiful, especially when they remind me, "Jesus loves me too."

𝗤: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂?
A: I actually danced competitively for 10 years. I wanted to be a dance teacher, but I got injured in high school and couldn't continue.

𝗤: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱?
A: Caesar salad and pizza!

𝗤: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆?
A: How we're able to freely speak the word of Jesus and pray for and with our students daily. Continuing my own growth with Jesus by teaching the kids about Him is so amazing.

𝗤: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗯𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹?
A: Going for runs with my dogs, and paddleboarding all over the lakes, springs, and beaches. I also love doing solo Bible studies when I'm out paddleboarding. 🙂

Wednesdays are chapel days at The King’s Academy, and we love this part of the week.

Yes, we want our students to learn, grow, and succeed in the classroom. But even more than that, we want them to know Jesus, learn His Word, and build a faith that becomes their own.

What they’re learning today can shape who they become tomorrow.
