Please see the message below from the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association. We hope you will take a moment to give your input to improve the organization.

OSSAA has partnered with the K20 Center for Educational and Community Renewal at the University of Oklahoma to develop our five-year strategic plan. This effort will guide OSSAA's priorities and initiatives moving forward, and your voice is an essential part of that process.

As the first step, K20 has developed a Strategic Planning Stakeholder Survey to gather input from everyone connected to Oklahoma secondary school activities. We need your help getting this survey in front of as many people as possible.

The survey will remain open through September 7, 2026, so we ask that you share it as soon as possible to allow time for responses.

Your feedback, and the feedback of your students' families and communities, will directly shape the goals and priorities in OSSAA's strategic plan. We're grateful for your partnership in this process and appreciate you helping us reach as broad an audience as possible.

Road Closure Alert!

The diagram below is attached for traffic flow. Please allow extra time for drop off and pick up when school begins.

1. 9th Street between Broadway and Muskogee will be shut down for road repairs starting Monday August 3rd.
2. Muskogee will be one way heading east between 10th street and 9th street. The road leading into the middle school and High School parking area will be one way as well.
3. 9th Street between Muskogee and Vinita will be one way heading north.
4. We are asking middle school students to be dropped off by the Middle School Safe Room and Intermediate school playground area.
5. There will be no parking in the Intermediate school parking lane. The afternoon bus lane will be here as well.
6. All double blue lines show the two way traffic areas that remain.
