👀 Free Vision Screenings for Children

Pella Regional Health Center is partnering with the Leighton Lions Club to offer FREE vision screenings for children ages 6 months through kindergarten.

📅 Thursday, August 6
🕟 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
📍 Pella Regional Health Center – Conference Room
➡️ Please use Entrance 5 (off Hazel Street on the northeast side of the hospital).

The screenings are provided through Iowa KidSight and help identify potential vision problems before they affect a child's learning and development. Screenings also meet Iowa's recommended vision screening prior to kindergarten enrollment.

Screening results will be reviewed by specialists at the University of Iowa. If follow-up care is recommended, families will receive a referral letter and information about local eye care providers.

Help your child get off to a great start with a quick, free vision screening!

Another Tulip Time has come and gone. Our students had the honor of marching in 3 parades with students from the area Christian schools. The Central Iowa Christian Schools marching band does a fabulous job marching in those red wooden shoes.
