Remember the Can Drive from last year? Well, it’s back! 🎉 Set aside your empty aluminum cans until September 18th, when you can bring them up to the Can Man in the morning carline! 🚗 🚙 🚐 They get recycled, the school gets some money. ♻️💰 That’s a win-win for everyone!

Label the bag your cans are in with your child’s grade, and the grade with the most cans at the end of the year will get a special party! 🤗

Our annual Membership Drive is here! 🐾

When you donate to our school, we are able to support and love on our teachers and staff, make our school building more beautiful 🪴📚, support students in need, send our students on amazing field trips, and more! 🚌

Please note: PTO membership does NOT mean you are signing up to volunteer. We understand that sometimes schedules don’t allow for that, and we appreciate your monetary support of our school! 🤝 We do, however, have lots of opportunities to give your time, too! Stay tuned for volunteer opportunities!

Popcorn Friday is a longstanding tradition here at Highlands Elementary! 💛 Each month we provide bags of popcorn for all students and staff, all lovingly popped and packaged by our PTO! 🍿

Scotties, come meet your new classmates from Dulles Elementary this evening! Join us for snow cones on the playground from 5:45 to 6:30 pm. We’ll play, have fun, and meet some new friends!
