ATTENTION CAMPUS VOLUNTEER:
Your Volunteer Criminal History Clearance will become ‘INACTIVE’ on July 1, 2014 and your name will been removed from the 2013-2014 Campus Cleared Volunteer List.
Please update your FBISD Criminal History Application after July 1, 2014!
To be eligible to participate for the 2014-2015 school year, your name must appear on the 2014-2015 Campus Cleared Volunteer List.
If you wish to be involved in FBISD in the subsequent school year in any of the areas listed below, you are required to update your criminal history application after July 1 each school year. PRIOR to participating in the areas listed below (but not limited to), you must receive a 2014-2015 Criminal History Clearance Notification which is sent to the email address you provide in your criminal history application.
• Field Trip, Class Party, Chaperone, Parent Volunteer, Community Volunteer
• Mentor (Mandatory One Hour Training)
• Shared Dreams Volunteer, Junior Achievement
• PTO/PTA Executive Board
• Booster Club Member, ProGrad
• Tutor, Private Lesson Instructor, Contracted Services

1. Click Criminal History Application (for new or returning users)
2. Complete the Log in process.
3. Click ‘Online Applications’
4. Click ‘Criminal History Application’
5. Click ‘Start Application’
6. Click ‘Continue’
7. Update information that has changed.
8. Click ‘Submit’
9. Click ‘Submit Application’ to initialize the processing of your application.
10. Verify the following message has appeared on your computer screen:
“Your application has been successfully transmitted to Fort Bend Independent School District.”
11. All volunteer applicants successfully completing a criminal history application receive an email with the approved status within 3 to 5 business days after application submission.
