Today was an exceptional day of impact!!! JESUSSSSSSS💎 Okkkk, Okay!!! 🤭

Lo’s Jewel Foundation had the opportunity to serve 120 amazing students at Dallas Hybrid Preparatory at Stephen J. Hay through our Financial Literacy Experience, teaching the importance of saving, spending wisely, and building strong financial habits early.

A special thank you to our Sapphire Sponsor, Bank, for supporting this mission and helping us pour into the next generation of leaders.👏🏻🙌🏼

We also want to recognize our amazing volunteer, Cortnei Trashunia Hill, for doing an exceptional job engaging and leading our students your dedication truly made a difference!💜

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS to our raffle winner!
One student received a savings box and now has the opportunity to build a financial legacy. Within the next 12 months, her parent will open a savings account with Truist Bank by April 2026 and whatever she saves, Lo’s Jewels Foundation will MATCH it! This is how we build futures one lesson, one child, one opportunity at a time. Thank you to everyone who continues to support our mission of empowering youth through financial literacy. 💜🙏🏾

Our Youth Are Our Future. 💎
Pouring into them. Investing in them. Loving them. It matters!

This weekend was one to remember for Lo’s Jewel Foundation. For the first time, our Scouts experienced the Pinewood Derby and they showed up with creativity, teamwork, and exceptional sportsmanship. From the Scout Masters to the Scouts, it was a learning experience for all of us, and we are so proud of how they represented themselves.

But the weekend didn’t stop there.
After a full day from morning to evening, our youth ended the day with a service project. We were honored to assist Dr. Taylor Bunn, founder of Hope4All, who invited us to Roanoke to help prepare the barns for STEPS With Horses. Many of our children had never experienced anything like this before. They worked together. They led. They supported one another. They honored the Scout Oath and Scout Law not just in words but in action.
To see young people go above and beyond cleaning barns, working as a team, showing respect, and exceeding expectations was truly mind-blowing… Their leadership, humility, and heart for service speak volumes about who they are becoming.
Lo’s Jewels Foundation is not a typical youth organization! We build relationships! These children are family! We love them from the inside out and create opportunities that expose them to culture, service, and community engagement. Watching them go out into the community with confidence and respect is the true reward!

We are proud to acknowledge Pack and Girl & Boy Troop 2017 for their dedication and commitment!🥹🥰🤗💜

We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Constable Sandra Lee for sponsoring Sunday dinner for some of our youth. Your support means so much to us.

We are thankful for our partnership with Scouting America and the impact it continues to have on our children.
This is what building the next generation looks like. 💜

This Scout joined our unit 2017 in September 2025. He is the youngest Scout in our pack. When he first walked through our doors, he did not know how to spell his name. He was full of energy, struggled with structure, and was still learning how to listen, follow directions, and find his place.Fast forward to January 2026.
Through consistency, patience, and the Scout curriculum, he has learned:• Structure• How to work with leadership• How to serve others Today, this Scout doesn’t just participate — he leads in his own way.

In this video, you’ll see him during our weekly Scout meeting snack time, taking pride in serving others. This is growth. This is confidence. This is learning responsibility, service, and leadership — one small moment at a time. This is the impact of Scouts. It is not too late to join our 2017 Scout Unit. We are building character, confidence, and community every Tuesday.

If you see a person who appears to be homeless in Grand Prairie and they are out in the extreme cold, please standby and call us at 214-212-7958 with the location and description. If we don’t answer immediately, please text us at that same number.

When you call, we will ask you if you feel comfortable approaching them and talking to them. If so, please tell them if they are stuck outside in the cold there may be a place that can help them. Ask them if they have a phone, and if so, offer our phone number 214-212-7958 and ask them to text us. If they don’t have a phone, please call us and put us on speaker phone.

We will ask them a few assessment questions and then offer some options to get out of the cold. The options may include coming to our Overnight Warming Station. We need to do an intake with them first and we can do that over the phone. Please do not give them the location of our Overnight Warming Station without first calling us so we can do our required intake process.

If they are eligible we will try to transport them, if needed.

If you are just passing by and see them, and are worried about them, but don’t have time to stop, please immediately text us at 214-212-7958 amd give us the location and a description and we will try to go to them and see what can be done to help them.

Let’s always keep them in our prayers.

Thank you!

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was not just a movement he was a man. A husband. A father. A leader carrying a God-given mandate. And every step of the way, Coretta Scott King stood beside him holding their home together so he could pour himself out to the world. Movements don’t move without sacrifice, and mandates are rarely carried alone.

Today, Lo’s Jewel Foundation was truly honored to be part of the Grand Prairie NAACP MLK Parade. It was an exceptional day filled with purpose, community, and legacy! 🙌🏽

Special shout-out to my friends Conrad Alagaban, proudly serving as President of the DFW Cyber Lions Club, and Marcus Washington thank you both for blessing Lo’s Jewels Foundation with trucks today. And to Frisco Frank Mesina, thank you for driving the founder in luxury she rode in style!!! Your hearts, support, and friendship mean more than words!!! 💜

Thank you, my FRIENDS!!! Together, we continue to serve, uplift, and make an impact!!! 💜🫶🏽
