They're Home! Our 8th graders had an incredible week at Camp Lone Star!
They jumped into meaningful team-building exercises, engaged in powerful Bible studies, and lifted their voices together in worship. It has been such a joy to see them step outside of their comfort zones—whether hiking the trails, kayaking on the water, or trying their hand at archery.
More importantly, this time away has given them space to grow deeper in community with one another and reflect on Christ.

"'Why did you do all this for me?' he asked. 'I don't deserve it. I've never done anything for you.' 'You have been my friend,' replied Charlotte. 'That in itself is a tremendous thing.'" -E.B. White, Charlotte's Web
To celebrate the grand finale of their Charlotte’s Web novel study, our third-grade students and teachers brought the story to life today. The festivities kicked off with a character parade, followed by a day of themed lessons that reinforced the curriculum in the most creative ways.
The best part? Capping off the afternoon with the movie and a bowl of "Pig Slop" trail mix—a legendary FBCA tradition! 🐷🕷

Our 7th graders are currently on the annual Texas Tour, bringing their history books to life! From the George Bush Presidential Library to the halls of the State Capitol and the historic grounds of the Alamo, they are seeing leadership and legacy in motion.
There’s nothing quite like standing where history happened to build a true appreciation for the great Lone Star State! ⭐️🇨🇱🤠

Lower School Rodeo Day was a rootin' tootin' good time! 🤠
Our campus buzzed with excitement as we celebrated a day full of Western spirit. We kicked things off with fantastic grade-level performances we won’t soon forget and had some legendary "guest stars"—our very own dads and teachers hit the stage! ✨
After the big show, the students spent the day rotating through a trail of Western activities, including Western Games, Western Justice, Journey 4-H guest speakers, dessert tasting, a petting zoo, a rodeo-themed art activity, and more!
From the sawdust in the air to the smiles on every face, it was a beautiful day at FBCA. Huge thanks to everyone who helped make this year’s Rodeo Day a "blue ribbon" success!

With students off campus for Eagle Week, we were given the ideal window to start the renovation of one of our Annual Fund Projects, the Fieldhouse Weight Room. This project was made possible by the generosity of our community during this year's Annual Fund and by the Athletic Booster Club. Here's a quick look at the progress. Keep an eye out for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony this Spring!
