100+ of us gathered for a friendly and fun evening on a more than pleasant autumn evening, and it was good. Togetherness brings unity to our Schola community. Letâs do it again in the spring! Thank you and God bless one and all!
Do you have a high school student?
What if your student could join a conversation thatâs been happening for centuriesâand still speaks to today?
In The Great Conversation, our high school students donât just study literature and history. They enter into the rich dialogue of Western civilization, reading the works that have shaped the world through the lens of biblical truth.
Each week, they gather in person to explore great books, ask big questions, and wrestle with timeless ideas. At home, they deepen their understanding through meaningful reading and writing assignments that build skillsâand character.
This is more than a class. Itâs a community of young thinkers, guided by truth, asking real questions, and building the skills theyâll carry for life.
đ What makes this class different?
A Christ-centered approach to classic works
Class discussions that build wisdom and confidence
Writing and communication skills that prepare students for college and beyond
A hybrid structure that respects your family rhythm while supporting academic depth
As one parent shared:
âI so wish you could be in the car when I pick up from TGC to hear all the good things about what they are learning and doing in class! I particularly love when TGC comes up in other conversations or situations... âOh, weâre talking about this in TGC!â is one of my favorite things to hear.â
If youâre looking for a class that strengthens your studentâs mind and heartâthis is it.
Weâd love to welcome your family into The Great Conversation.
