Join us in celebrating our Woodruff location at the grand opening of “Legacy Field,” their brand-new soccer field! Students and families enjoyed a ribbon-cutting ceremony and their first kick to officially open the field.

Additions like this require hard work, careful planning, and community support. Today, we celebrate those efforts and LA Woodruff’s commitment to upholding the quality our locations are known for.

Fall has fallen at our locations, and our little legacies are taking their learning outside!

Did you know that Legacy Academy’s copyrighted curriculum includes outdoor learning activities? Whether it's nature walks, leaf collections, or mastering gross motor skills, learning outside is a great way to enjoy the weather while making lasting neural connections.

At Legacy Academy, we believe that parents are a part of their child’s education. We know that learning goes beyond the classroom and into every home, which is why parents are our partners in education. One of the ways we join with parents in their child’s education is by sharing their developmental progress with parent-teacher conferences. Our locations host conferences twice a year for our infants to pre-K classrooms. This is a formal sit-down for parents and teachers to discuss a child’s progress, answer questions, and set goals for the upcoming school season.

This fall, Academy of Greenville - Feaster Rd. hosted parent-teacher conferences. Parents enjoyed learning more about their child’s progress and what their child will learn this school year. Thank you for sharing this special event with us!

We all know the familiar game of Peekaboo, but did you know that learning is occurring while you play? The babies at LA Simpsonville certainly do!

While our Dreamers are enjoying hiding and giggling, they are learning object permanence and imitating and pretending- both important skills for their developing brains.

We love seeing our littlest legacies learn through play. Thank you for sharing these special moments with us!

Every year, our locations take time to celebrate Grandparents’ Day! Our little legacies get to spend time eating, doing crafts, and even performing for their biggest fans.

We love seeing the smiles on Nannas, Pappas, Gigis, Pawpaws, or whatever we may call them! Thank you for sharing this special event with us.

The August monthly theme for our Sr. Toddler classrooms was "I Think I Can," and the Adventurers at Legacy Academy of Acworth showed us they can fly!

These great thinkers proved that the sky is the limit while they learned all about their new classroom, discovered their reflections, and measured how tall they were with yarn. We love seeing our toddlers learn and grow. Thank you for sharing these aerial aspirations with us!

Students at Legacy Academy of Suwanee Dam and Legacy Academy of Greenville - Feaster Rd. are starting the school year learning classic nursery rhymes. From Mary Had a Little Lamb to Ring Around the Rosie, these Rhymes of the Month are equal parts nostalgia for families and learning for students.

While enjoying these rhymes, our little legacies are expanding their vocabularies, learning to work together, and practicing give and take communication. Foundational skills that will benefit them for a lifetime!
