The students at Legacy Academy of Chapel Hill are working on an important developmental skill: developing a sense of self. From the infant to pre-K classrooms, students are enjoying activities that encourage them to identify what makes them special. The Dreamers enjoyed finding and pointing to their pictures, the Travelers pointed to different parts of the body and made face collages, while the Discoverers made name puzzles.

The summer campers at LA Greenville ended the summer with foam parties, yummy treats, and art they could eat! ​

​These campers celebrated the last week of summer with some special projects. They invited a local artist to show them how to make edible artwork, made fresh fruit kabobs, and enjoyed a refreshing foam party. ​

How can it already be time to go back to school? Our Summer Campers had an amazing summer! From field trips to science experiments, from new friends to new foods, we kept our minds and bodies moving. Many of our campers will still be together in our after school program, but for those who leave us at the start of a new school year, we will see you next year!

There is nothing like a time-traveling show and share, and the summer campers at Legacy Academy of Greenville - Feaster Rd. brought back the best of the 80s, 90s, and 2000s! From Etch A Sketches and cordless phones to old school games and CD players, students (and parents) enjoyed playing with toys from the past. ​

We love seeing our summer campers explore the past, present, and possibilities. Thank you for sharing this nostalgic show and share with us!
