Holiday/ Snowday program info! ❄️☃️
We are so excited to announce that registration for the 2026-2027 Holiday/ Snow Day Program is open. To access the parent handbook and a link to register your student(s) for the Holiday/ Snow Day Program, please visit

Predetermined Days:
You will choose the predetermined dates that you want your child to attend. These days are October 19th (Optional teacher workday), November 11th (Veteran's Day), January 18th (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day), March 30th (Spring Break), March 31st (Spring Break), April 1st (Spring Break), and April 2nd (Spring Break). The program will operate from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The cost of this is $40 a day.
Inclement Weather / Remote Learning days
When School is cancelled due to inclement weather, and it is safe for our staff to get to Hardin Park, we will operate the Holiday/ Snow Day program from 9:00 AM-5:30 PM.
You will be invoiced $150 for 5 consecutive snow days. After the first 5 snow days, a new invoice for 5 more consecutive days will be sent. Then, if needed, we will bill for 5 more snow days at a time. After Snow day 15, we will bill for 3 consecutive snow days ($90) until the winter months are over. If you do not sign up initially, there will be a $20 charge if we are not notified within 24 hours of your child’s registration. You would also pay a regular rate for the remaining days in the 5 or 3 day billing cycle.
Please note that spaces are limited and given to students on a first-come first-served basis. There are no refunds for days your child does not attend since staff and parent fees are based on anticipated attendance.
