World changer, has your once crystal-clear vision started getting a little... foggy?
You're not imagining it. And you're definitely not alone.
Here's the truth: clarity doesn't usually disappear all at once. It fades one compromise at a time — a little comparison here, some borrowed advice there — until you can barely recognize the calling you started with.

Friend, can I be honest with you about something?
There was a season when I sat at my desk, tears streaming down my face, to-do lists scattered everywhere — wondering if I had completely misheard God's calling on my life.
The struggle was so real.
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)
That verse became my lifeline. But here's what I had to learn the hard way:
Sometimes the "strength" God provides doesn't come as a supernatural download straight to our hearts.
Sometimes it comes through the guidance, wisdom, and support of others He strategically places in our path.
World changer, if you're in a season where you feel like you're carrying it all alone — pause for a second.
What if the strength you're praying for is already on its way, wrapped in the form of a person God is about to place in front of you?

Women are strong, powerful, creative, and innovative!
And when they put their faith in the mix, they are unstoppable.
I recently returned from Kenya, where we held our latest She Steps Forward International Women's Conference.
Results:
Around 70 in attendance
Over 20 ready to sign up for the next group coaching cohort to grow their entrepreneurship skills
And I could not have done it without these two ladies — and several others who championed the mission of She Steps Forward International.
I am so proud of their drive, their willingness to show up, and their support of each other.
Brenda (in the middle) handled all the logistics for this year's conference, bringing together everything needed to make the day a reality.
And Sue, as the older sister, brought her wisdom, strength, and grace as always.
It's an honor to share the platform with them, and we're excited for what's building in Kenya.
But just like there, I'm championing women here in the States every day. If you're ready to step forward into your entrepreneurial calling — if you know God is calling you to come up higher in business, ministry, or nonprofit work — I'd love to walk alongside you!!
Every Mary needs an Elizabeth. I'd be honored to serve as yours!!

I encourage you to take one small step this week toward greater leadership self-knowledge.
Not a huge, overwhelming commitment – just one small, courageous step:
Schedule time for reflective journaling –
Block 20 minutes on your calendar to write about one significant leadership moment from the past week, exploring what it reveals about your patterns, values, or purpose.
Invite feedback from a trusted colleague –
Ask one person you respect: "What's one strength you see in my leadership? And what's one area where you think I have room to grow?"
Explore a quality assessment –
Take a personality or leadership assessment that might give you new insights into your design and patterns.
Sit quietly with God –
Create space to simply ask: "God, what do You want me to see about myself as a leader? What truth about my design or calling do You want to reveal?"
Review your calendar through a purpose lens –
Look at next week's commitments and ask: "How do these activities connect to my deeper calling? What might need to shift?"
Just one step.
That's all you need to begin.
Because remember, friend, knowing yourself to lead yourself isn't a one-time event – it's a lifelong journey of growing wisdom and impact!
Each step toward greater self-awareness becomes a foundation for more authentic, effective leadership that truly reflects your divine design and calling.
I want you to know that I'm cheering you on with my whole heart as you courageously pursue the self-knowledge that transforms leadership!
This work matters. You matter.
The unique contribution God has designed you to make through your leadership matters.
Yes, the journey requires courage.
Yes, there will be uncomfortable moments.
Yes, you'll encounter truths about yourself that challenge your self-perception.
But oh friend, the transformation that awaits you is so worth it!

Let’s motivate your audience of Christian females to step forward!!
I'm now booking speaking engagements for 2026 and beyond. 🎤
For years, I quietly said yes to invitations as they came. Podcasts. Online summits. Small gatherings near home. Opportunities in Kenya.
But I never built a front door for it.
Now I have.
Here's the thing I keep coming back to:
I don't just speak at events. I build and run them.
Every year, I host the She Steps Forward International Women's Conference — and not in one city, but across two continents. The U.S. and Kenya. Different languages, different cultures, the same God-sized mission: equipping women to step into their calling.
So I know what it takes to fill a room, hold an audience, and send women home changed — because I've stood on both sides of the stage.
I've also founded an LLC and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit from the ground up. I've sat in the messy middle of "God, this dream is too big for me" more times than I can count — and I've learned to build anyway.
When I speak, I'm not handing your audience theory.
I'm handing them frameworks. Action plans. The next right step.
Because inspiration fades by Monday. Strategy doesn't.
Whether your audience is a room of 20 or a conference of 500, whether the theme is faith-based entrepreneurship, calling, leadership, or marketplace ministry — my heart is the same:
To send women home with clarity they didn't walk in with, and the confidence to actually move.
If you're planning a women's conference, a Christian business event, a church leadership gathering, or a nonprofit summit this year — I'd love to pray about whether I'm the right fit for your audience.
Let's talk about your event. 👇

Let's talk honestly about what makes self-awareness work challenging.
I don't want to sugarcoat this – there are real reasons why many leaders avoid deep self-examination, even when they know it would benefit them.
It Means Facing Uncomfortable Truths –
That recurring feedback you keep dismissing? The emotional trigger you've convinced yourself isn't a big deal?
Self-awareness means finally acknowledging these patterns exist and matter.
It Requires Receiving Challenging Feedback –
Self-awareness means inviting others to share observations about your leadership, including perspectives that challenge your self-perception.
It Means Acknowledging Impact Doesn't Always Match Intent –
This might be one of the hardest aspects of self-awareness work.
You can have wonderful intentions as a leader and still have negative impact.
You can mean well and still hurt people. You can want to empower and still control.
Having the courage to acknowledge that your impact differs from your intention – without drowning in guilt or shame – is essential for growth.
It Involves Seeing Our Limitations—
Self-awareness requires accepting that we're not good at everything, that we have real weaknesses, and that some leadership approaches simply don't fit our design.
For leaders who have built their identity on competence and capability, admitting limitations feels threatening.
But paradoxically, acknowledging what you're not good at frees you to focus on what you are good at!
It Demands Ongoing Humility—
Self-awareness isn't a destination where you arrive and then you're done.
It's a continuous journey of discovery.
Just when you think you've figured yourself out, a new situation reveals another layer you hadn't seen before.
This ongoing humility – the willingness to keep learning about yourself throughout your entire leadership journey – requires sustained courage.
But here's what I want you to know: this courage is worth it!

Do you have a Self-Awareness Development Plan in place?
Let me walk you through a framework for developing your own personalized Self-Awareness Plan.
This isn't complicated or overwhelming – it's simply intentional about turning insights into action!
1. Assess Your Current Awareness Landscape
The first step is honestly evaluating your present level of self-awareness in each key dimension we've explored.
You can't create an effective development plan without knowing your starting point!
2. Identify Your Highest-Impact Development Area
While all dimensions of self-awareness matter, trying to develop everything at once is overwhelming and ineffective!
Focusing your initial efforts on one key area creates more meaningful progress than spreading yourself too thin.
3. Select Appropriate Awareness Practices
Once you've identified your focus area, you need specific practices that will actually develop greater self-knowledge.
This is where intention becomes action!
4. Create Implementation Structures
This is where many well-intentioned development plans fall apart! Good intentions without supportive structures rarely lead to lasting change.
You need practical systems that make your chosen practices actually happen.
5. Establish Review and Refinement Rhythms
Self-awareness development is an ongoing journey, not a destination!
You need regular rhythms for reviewing your progress, learning from your insights, and refining your practices based on what's working.
Want the whole scoop? I dive deep into all of this in the full article on my website!
