Join us on the Parks & Recreation playground for an evening of fun, food, music, community fellowship and Plus, FREE back to school haircuts to help students get ready for the new school year!

Bring your family, connect with neighbors, and celebrate all the great things happening in our community. We look forward to seeing you there!

The first day of school is right around the corner, and we are excited to welcome our BEARS back for another amazing year of learning, growth, and success!

Parents, please review your child’s grade level and begin gathering supplies as you prepare for the new school year.

❤️Just A Few Reminders:

•Please label all backpacks, lunchboxes, and school supplies with your child’s first and last name.

• Trapper Keepers or binders larger than 3 inches will not fit in student storage spaces. Check the supply list for the correct binder size for your child’s grade level (if applicable).

We can’t wait to see our returning and new Booker T. Washington families. It’s going to be a BEAR-y great year! 🐻❤️💙

While students K-11 will return to their perspective assigned schools in Suffolk, some of our graduating seniors have committed to a higher institution of learning.
Booker T. Washington is extremely proud to recognize a family that is generous and compassionate about giving students the opportunity to receive a college degree.
This school year there were 2 former students from BTW that met the qualifications of the Patricia Fuller-Montgomery scholarship fund. It was again an honor to introduce the family and how much we appreciate the family.
Mrs. Montgomery was a renowned principal in our division who was known for meeting the standards all while teaching students to keep their standards high…
