🎉 BIG NEWS! 🎉

We are incredibly grateful to receive a $1,500 grant from Suffolk Zone AHPERD to support our adapted physical education students.

This funding will help us purchase equipment that creates more opportunities for our students to participate, build confidence, develop skills, and experience success through movement.

A special thank you to Suffolk Zone AHPERD for investing in inclusive physical education and helping us continue to make a difference in the lives of our students.

We would also like to thank Assistant Athletic Director Phil Torregrosa and Sachem Athletics for their continued support of our adapted PE program and our students. Your commitment to inclusion helps make opportunities like this possible.

Together, we are creating a school community where every student has the chance to thrive.

💚💙🩷

🎉 BIG NEWS! 🎉

We’re excited to share that we have secured a $12,000 grant for Easton’s Wheelchair-Accessible Playground! ♿️💙

This grant is the first major step toward making this dream a reality and creating a space where all children can play, connect, and thrive together.

A heartfelt thank you to the SCTA and everyone who has supported this mission. Your belief in inclusion is helping us move one step closer to a playground built for every child.

The journey isn’t over, but today we’re celebrating an important milestone. Let’s keep the momentum going!

💙 Every child deserves to play.
💙 Every child deserves to belong.
💙 Every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.

💚 “Inclusion isn’t changing the child. It’s changing the opportunity.” 💚

Field Day is at its best when every student has the chance to participate, belong, and succeed.

Easton reminded us that with the right opportunities, every child can shine. His determination, excitement, and smile made this Field Day one to remember.

🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Chippewa Mini Marathon Champions! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Congratulations to Anthony Bacigalupo and Amanda Enz for being the fastest boy and fastest girl in the 2026 Chippewa Mini Marathon!

Their hard work, dedication, and positive attitude helped them achieve an impressive accomplishment. Whether training, persevering through challenges, or giving their best effort on race day, they demonstrated what it means to be a true Chippewa champion.

We are proud of both of you and all of the students who participated in this year’s Mini Marathon. 💙💛

⚡ Run with purpose. Finish strong. Inspire others. ⚡

🏁💙 Every child deserves the feeling of crossing the finish line.

CJ showed determination, courage, and heart. His smile at the finish line said it all.

Moments like these remind us why inclusion matters—because every student deserves the chance to participate, succeed, and shine.

“For some students, participation isn’t about making the activity harder or easier—it’s about making it possible. Every smile, every step, every finish line matters. Because every child deserves the feeling of crossing the finish line.” 🏁💙⚡

💚⚡️ ADAPT & THRIVE AWARD ⚡️💚

The Adapt & Thrive Award was created to recognize students who show incredible resilience, heart, perseverance, and positivity in the face of challenges. This award is not just about winning events or scoring points — it’s about overcoming obstacles, supporting others, showing courage, and inspiring the people around you through your actions and attitude. 🦥🏆

This year, we are incredibly proud to honor Harrison Cacciatore (Tamarac) and Isabella Marin (Nokomis) as our 2026 Adapt & Thrive Award winners. 👏

Both students faced difficult setbacks leading up to the Sachem Games, yet continued to show strength, determination, school pride, and positivity every step of the way. Their resilience inspired teammates, coaches, and everyone who witnessed their journey. ❤️

These two students are true examples of what it means to:
⚡️ ADAPT
⚡️ THRIVE
⚡️ NEVER GIVE UP

Congratulations Harrison and Isabella! Your courage, heart, and perseverance made all of Sachem proud. 💛
