Great workout on Sunday for Group #2! We got some good video footage...practice your serious faces :) We will meet for our last practice together as a team this Sunday at 5pm in Deer Park before all of our high school seasons begin!

Working hard at Revolution today...our last Sunday session! See everyone at Deer Park at 5pm! Don't forget: St. Anthony's High School tomorrow night 9p-10p and Revolution Tuesday @ 7p. Then Florida here we come!

Due to the treacherous road conditions, school closings and my general fear for your safety, today's practice has been cancelled. We will meet again on Wednesday, December 29th at 12pm @ St. Anthony's Fieldhouse...help your parents shovel- it's a good workout!

Happy Saturday Bandits....hope everyone is doing well. It is strange not seeing my girls every week. Can't wait to see you tomorrow as we get ready for our December trip to Binghamton and our January trip to Florida.

We are at the end of another week....Florida will be here in a month! Revo is this Sunday at 2:45pm with practice to follow in Deer Park from 4:30-6pm....Report cards are due to me this Sunday!!
