🚨 Important Note: Our plan is to start playing instruments right after Labor Day, so everyone will need to have their instrument ready by then!

☆☆CONNECT TO ALL THINGS BAND☆☆

You have found on us on the book, but also find us on the REMIND app. and GROUPME.

Ricebird Band Boosters is a 501C3 parent organization that also has a Groupme chat. If you would like added please request it in GROUPME or message one of our Band Boosters committee members.

Band Boosters has monthly meetings (generally the 2nd Tuesday of every month) in the Band hall or you can attend via Zoom.

Here is a fun fact..... It takes approximately 20k to 26K for every marching season to make the magic happen. Most of these funds are through fundraising, community donations and concession stand sales. Why so much you ask? Everything from field props, student uniforms, buying music, feeding band kids, water and powerade for the kids, student show shirts, hiring a drill writer, color guard outfits, color guard choreographer, and practice field paint are just some things that we raise money for.

We really really really need more parent involvement in all things. So whether you have a student in Beginner Band, a Senior, or a color guard kid, CONNECT WITH US! We love to meet all parents/band supporters. Some of our best volunteers are Grandparents, past band parents and just folks who love music.

Upcoming summer schedule. There might be a few small changes (mainly a guard camp!), but this is the bulk of it! All rehearsal day times are 9-12, lunch break, 1-4.

The Ricebird Band Boosters is selling our SQUARE TERMINAL!

It works Excellent! We just don't use it as we have the Square Stands. We bought it new off the Square.com website in September of 2023 and it has only been used a handful of times. It has been taken care of and mostly stored away in its box. It has the latest software update as of today. Comes with the power cord, box and roll of receipt paper.

We paid $299.00 new for it in 2023 and they still sell for $299.00 new on Square website.
We are selling it for $175.00.

100% OF THE PROCEED'S OF THIS SALE GOES DIRECTLY BACK TO THE SHS BAND PROGRAM!
