SWM Beauty School We will prepare you to not only to pass your State exam, but also prepare our graduates for employment.

We place emphasis on how to be successful in the salon, and how to create the lifestyle that you desire. Southwest Michigan Beauty School licensed to operate by the State of Michigan. The license means that the institution and its operation comply with the standards established under the law for occupational instruction by State of Michigan. The institution is currently licensed to conduct the following courses: Cosmetology 1500 hours, Manicuring 400 hours and Cosmetology Instructor 500 hours. Michigan requires that a student who successfully completes a course of study will be awarded an appropriate diploma or certificate verifying their completion of such course. Prospective enrollees are encouraged to visit the physical facilities of the school and to discuss personal educational and occupational plans with school personnel. As a prospective student, you are also encouraged to review this catalog prior to enrolling or signing an enrollment agreement.
