Fire Safety was a blast yesterday! Firefighter Maggie taught kids about what to do if there is a fire, and showed what firefighters wear to do their jobs. Students were able to see and hear the differences between how she looked and sounded with and without all her gear on. Outside, the other firefighters and EMTs were able to teach students about the firetrucks and ambulance. We are so thankful that our Sturgis Fire Department continues to educate our students on the importance of fire safety!
