A Note of Gratitude & Exciting Things Ahead at First Promises Preschool! 🍎✨

By God’s grace, we love, serve, and inspire—and as we look toward a wonderful new school year, we want to share an important update with our First Promises Preschool family!

Our lead teacher, Reagan Miller, will be stepping down from her role. While we are deeply saddened to see her go, we are overflowing with gratitude for her hard work, excellence, and the joyful connections she made with our children.

Saying Thank You: We will have special cards available for the kids to decorate to express their appreciation for Reagan’s leadership and love in the classroom.

Looking Ahead: Our beloved teacher, Sue, is staying with the program, and we are bringing on qualified temporary teachers to assist her while we search for a permanent lead teacher.

Strong Leadership: Guided by a board packed with early education degrees, years of teaching experience, parents, and community business owners, our program is strong, healthy, and ready for a great year!

Mark Your Calendars: 🗓️ Preschool Open House: August 31 (All parents invited!)

We firmly believe every child is a wonderfully and beautifully made child of God, and we are so excited to nurture them this coming year. If you have any questions or just want to chat, please pop into the office during drop-off/pick-up, send an email, or give us a call.

PLEASE BRING— 1️⃣ enrollment paperwork, 2️⃣ supplies fee, and 3️⃣ birth certificate for verification(we will look at it and give it right back to you)

There is NO SUPPLIES LIST!
But we do ask every child to please have daily —
🌟backpack
🌟filled up water bottle
🌟rainboots
🌟extra set of clothes (leave at the school)

PAYMENTS cash, check to First Presbyterian Church, and online payments are all accepted.

We are bringing back the shirts to help raise $3500 to launch us into a successful 2026-2027 school year! Instead of just asking for a donation, we designed the FPP Shirt Fundraiser 2026. We want to outfit as many people as possible and advertise our supporters.

Message us if you’re interested in sponsoring our program and we will send over all the details!

It’s our LAST DAY of school☀️

A perfect day for a couple of buds to finally bloom that we have been keeping an eye on! This morning after play time, we reviewed the parts of a flower and it’s life cycle and then they listened to a cute story.

Time to head outside and have some fun on our beautiful lawn!
