Movement with Megan

Movement with Megan 4 years ago, I started teaching fitness classes. I started at GLOW Cycle in 2023 & was hooked right away. I love that you get out what you put into it.

The classes at GLOW are made for you to get out what you need to that class, you choose your own path. I started teaching during 2020. I have been primarily focused on spin and hiit classes. I love setting up a great mix with really fun, different, energizing moves each week. It is different every time. It is important you don’t get bored, so a variety is critical. I love a good challenge and that

is why I add some of my least favorite moves. Of course, I have my favorite moves too which I can’t wait to incorporate into my class. I am really excited to see you in one of my classes.
