🎓❤️🖤 Congratulations to our AVID Class of 2026!

Over the past four years, our AVID seniors have shown what it means to work hard, stay focused, and prepare for success beyond high school. This year’s AVID class includes 53 seniors who have built the skills, confidence, and mindset needed for college, career, military service, apprenticeships, technical school, and beyond.

We are especially proud to share that the AVID Class of 2026 has earned an incredible $984,126 in local, state, and school-based scholarships! This class also includes the first two AVID seniors graduating with their AA degrees, four students who have qualified to graduate early, and the first AVID student entering the military.

A special congratulations to the 23 seniors who have been part of AVID for three or more years and will be recognized with an AVID stole and pin in honor of their commitment and dedication.

We also want to give a huge shoutout to our amazing AVID teachers, Jennifer Morreale and Shelley Tress-Turull, for the mentorship, encouragement, and support they provide to our students. Your impact is helping our Bulldogs take their next steps with confidence and pride.

✨ Martin Mentor Excellence in Action ✨

Today, Martin Mentors hosted mentee teachers who are new to the district or new to the profession across our school sites to see best practices in action. Mentees observed strong instruction, classroom culture, and meaningful student engagement across many content areas.

This experience builds capacity for both mentors and mentees by growing skills, confidence, and consistency across our ⭐️A-rated ⭐️ district. Martin Mentors are essential teacher leaders who strengthen our schools and support the educators who impact student achievement every day. 💙❤️
