☀️ Summer in full swing & we are keeping the magic alive with our village—beach days, splash pad time, CAMP FIT4MOM, and tons of connection & movement!

Yes, that Florida heat is here, but we’ve got this. We’re staying cool, strong, & connected with a few exciting updates:

Quick Updates
-Some times & locations have shifted, so please double-check the app/schedule before heading out!
-Beating the heat Indoors (2x/wk): We’re headed to a NEW location—Treasure Coast Square Mall for a Stroller Barre class on Mondays at 9:30am! Enter by the food court/movie theater. We'll work out just past the food court & end with fun at the toddler play area! We will now be at VCP for Stroller Strides on Fridays at 9am instead of Mondays. (Check your inbox for the new gate code!)
-Still get that Vitamin D!! Outdoor essentials: Pack your fans, SPF, hats, bug spray, & a towel for the car. Keep an eye out for optional splash zone exercises to cool us down! Tuesday Strides are now at Sewall's Point Park at 9am & our Stroller Barre Thursdays at 9:30am are still at the lovely !
-Body Ignite: Pre-registration is required by the evening before class.

KICK OFF SUMMER with us this Weds, June 3 at 9am for WALK & SPLASH! Park near the IRSP Splash Pad, but meet near the Children's Museum door to start our ~45MIN walk! Then, cool off with the kids! Bring stroller fans, spf, bug spray/nat pats, blanket/chairs, swim attire, toys & towels! Bring beverages & snacks!

🌎World Traveler CAMP FIT4MOM craft-we will have themed coloring & activities during class all week, but don't miss Thursdays "Dream Passport" craft after class!

We have a fun class on Mon., June 8: Dress like your water bottle! You can be as simple or as fun as you want with this! The best-dressed mom will win a FIT4MOM water bottle, & the best-dressed kiddo will win a prize, too!

Our village doesn't end where the stroller fitness class finishes. At FIT4MOM, our passion for community pours out into the very streets, families, schools, small businesses, and neighborhoods we live in every single day. We LOVE our community, and they are always showing up for local mamas... but wow, did they show up EXTRA for us this month! Our hearts are just so full. 🥹❤️

We were honored to welcome .ellenchance founder of .counseling to speak with our village of moms today for our June Ask the Expert session!! ❤️ Dr. Ellen specializes in women's & maternal mental health and is passionate about supporting mothers and families through every stage of life. Today, she shared such meaningful insight on attunement — learning to recognize and respond to our own cues and needs just as intentionally as we do for our children. 🫶

As we watched our little ones play, we gathered together for open conversation, support, encouragement, and reflection. It was such a special atmosphere filled with understanding, compassion, and the beauty of moms showing up for one another with some added support. 🫶

Thank you, Ellen, for generously donating your time, sharing your knowledge, and pouring your heart into our community today.

✨.ellenchance also offers FREE support groups for early motherhood and another for moms in the workplace. Follow her & .counseling and stay connected for future group opportunities and resources. Ellen focuses on helping women feel whole again, and I have to say, every time I leave one of her groups I feel a little lighter and a little more whole! Truly so special and always such a warm, safe, welcoming space. Thanks for all that you do!!
