A huge, heartfelt congratulations to Maria M. on celebrating her 25-class milestone! 🎉

Maria, your kindness, positivity, and dedication bring so much warmth to our community. We love seeing you show up so beautifully for yourself and your sweet girl at our Stroller classes, playgroups, events and yes, even Moms' Nights Outs. We see you working hard at class, being an amazing mama and partner, and such a great friend, all while working too. Taking that much-needed time for self-care is so important, and you inspire us all.

💯 Maria also makes it to every Family Strides class, modeling exactly what wellness, partnership, teamwork, and a supportive community look like for her little one and family.

2nd Annual Back to School Swap, Sip, & Save - Friday, Aug 28 @ 10:00 AM
Location: Village Club & Preserve
It’s time to go through those bins of gently worn clothes, toys, and books! Let’s recycle, refresh our kiddos' closets with pre-loved items, and SAVE money together. Plus, I’ll be bringing coffee & snacks to SIP on while you shop! ☕✨

⚠️ Swap Details:
-Please bring items PRE-SORTED (swipe to check the flyer for details).
-Unopened diaper packs your baby outgrew are also welcome to swap!
-Not attending class? Arrive by 9:30 AM so we can set out your items.
-All leftover clothing will be donated to a local children's charity!

🚶🏼‍♀️Our FIT4MOM Walk Club is FREE to all mamas at any stage of motherhood & stroller-friendly! Don't miss our next one, Aug. 19 at 9am. Meet at Flagler Park basketball court. We will be walking to Gilbert's & through downtown Stuart, ending up at Flagler Park playground for the littles!

🦋Our Thursday Stroller Barre class is themed! We are throwing it back to Total Request Live (TRL). Think early 2000's pop & boy bands, MTV, low-rise tracksuits, tank top layers, butterfly clips, visors, & frosted lip gloss. Option to dress the theme!

👯Our Moms' Night Out on Thursday is at Vivienne Monroe Pottery in Jensen Beach! We're making a spiral chip & dip bowl! BYOB & snacks potluck. All moms welcome. RSVP at www.jensenbeach.fit4mom.com is required. $45 investment.

👪Our monthly Family Strides pop-up is this Saturday!! Invite dad to join us for a free workout at Stuart Beach back lot, 9:30am. Worried about the heat? FIT4MOM, originally called Stroller Strides, opened in our area TWO DECADES ago, just 5 years after FIT4MOM was born to support mamas across the nation. This year, we are proud to celebrate 20 years of building strength in motherhood across Martin & St. Lucie Counties, and across generations!

To mark this major milestone, we’re hosting a 20th Anniversary & Open House Celebration this September—and we’re inviting fellow local business owners to collaborate with us and connect with local mamas.
