Unity Movement & Mindfulness is excited to be part of the Neuroscience and Yoga Community Showcase (Nov 10–16, 2025), and we’d love for you to join us!

This is more than an online event — it’s a collaborative, online working forum where 100+ practitioners will present evidence-based, real-world projects applying yoga in schools, hospitals, mental health settings, underserved populations, and beyond.

You’ll see not just what succeeded, but also what challenges emerged — and how projects adapted, giving your inspiration for your own projects.

Talks are short (≈15 minutes), pre-recorded, and accompanied by live discussions and project clinics.
