After reading together, our students had the opportunity to bring the story to life by retelling it using puppets—and they absolutely loved it! Watching their creativity, confidence, and storytelling skills shine was truly a joy.
Hands-on learning like this helps build language skills while making reading exciting and memorable! 💛

What a heartwarming full-circle moment for our PSLC Head Start family! 💕

Last week, Mrs. Pena welcomed a very special visitor—one of her former Head Start students who returned to visit! It is incredible to see how much she has grown. She is now preparing to be a senior at Jensen Beach High School and has her sights set on becoming a pediatric nurse. 🩺✨

Moments like these remind us of the lasting impact early childhood education has on our students’ lives. We are so proud of all she has accomplished and cannot wait to see all the amazing things ahead for her!

CLE VPK had an absolute blast at their Splash Bash! 💦🌈

Our students enjoyed a day full of laughter, water fun, and excitement as they splashed, played games, and cooled off in the sunshine. From water balloons to big smiles, it was the perfect way to celebrate together and make joyful memories with friends!

Crystal Lake Elementary School

HSE VPK students in Mrs. Lucky & Mrs. Rommel’s class got hands-on with their learning during a fun color mixing exploration! 🎨

Using their hands and lots of creativity, students discovered how primary colors blend together to create brand new colors. This engaging activity encouraged curiosity, problem-solving, and plenty of messy fun as students explored, experimented, and shared their discoveries!

Learning is always more exciting when you can see—and feel—it come to life! 🌈

One of the things we are most proud of this year is the power of partnership. Through collaboration with the Early Learning Coalition of Indian River, Martin, and Okeechobee, the YMCA of Indiantown, Warfield Elementary, and our community supporters, our educators received valuable coaching and professional learning that directly benefited our youngest learners.

We are incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and growth of our staff this year. Their commitment to learning, collaboration, and providing high-quality experiences for children has helped strengthen early literacy, kindergarten readiness, and positive classroom interactions across our programs.

A heartfelt thank you to our community partners, families, and educators for investing in our children and helping create strong foundations for future success. Together, we are making a difference in the lives of our youngest learners every day. 💙💛

SWE VPK students had an amazing time at their Silent Disco during music! 🎧✨ The classroom was filled with colorful lights as students danced, moved, and enjoyed their favorite songs through their headphones. Our CGE VPK End-of-Year Ceremony was filled with smiles, songs, and proud moments as our youngest learners took the stage to shine. From heartfelt performances to joyful laughter, it was truly a celebration of growth, friendship, and all the amazing milestones our children have achieved this year.

We are so proud of each and every student and grateful for the dedicated educators and supportive families who made this year so special. As we wrap up our celebrations, we celebrate not just the end of a school year, but the beginning of bright futures ahead! ✨
